Can I buy Concert Club tickets in addition to what is included in my package?
A limited number of individual tickets will be available for the sponsor area after May 1, 2014.
How can I pick up my tickets?
Call Wendy at 801-585-3813 to make arrangements. Your ticket packages will be available for pick up starting May 1st.
What time does the fun begin?
Gate times and show times are printed on your tickets as well as on the Garden artist's pages.
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
All concerts are held rain or shine. Be prepared for extremes such as heat, wind, or rain. Bring a jacket, as the temperature may fall noticeably after sunset.
Is there food available for purchase?
Whole Foods Market is our on-site concessionaire. They will have food and non-alcoholic beverages for sale. You are also welcome to bring a cooler and pack your own picnic. No cooking or barbecues allowed. Please pack out whatever you bring into the venue.
If I leave the venue can I come back in?
Once you have entered the Amphitheatre, you may not exit and re-enter. You are welcome to bring food, blankets, chairs, etc. into the venue with you. Be prepared for extremes such as heat, wind, or rain. Bring a jacket, as the temperature may fall noticeably after sunset.
Is my concert club package or sponsorship considered a donation to the Garden?
Yes, a potion of your package is considered a charitable gift to the Garden and you will receive a receipt from the University of Utah. Approximately 50% of the cost of your package is a donation.
How can I get a gift receipt?
The University of Utah will send a gift receipt to you within 1 to 2 weeks after your purchases. If you need a replacement receipt call 801-585-3813.
